General Program

 

We offer Yoga, Health and Wellness, and Meditation Retreats as a framework to support the core goal of personal development, explore your hidden you or discover what's beyond your relationship wall. We are integrating Buddhist mind-body practices.


Morning: Meditative exercises and reflections on your chosen topic.
- Start the day with by chosing yoga, tai chi, breathing exercises or guided meditation in the tranquil surroundings of the Ocean Pavilion, in our tropical garden or meditate while sitting on a large rock in the bamboo jungle to merge with your surroundings. There is no need to “reach” awareness here. **The living silence does the work for you.** . 

Reflect on how your inner mechanisms shape your relationships and awareness with prompts.

Breakfast:  
- Enjoy a refreshing, nourishing meal prepared with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to energize and prepare for the day ahead.

Late Morning:  
- Explore the "your chosen topic" through creative exercises that generate and analyze personalized visual metaphors of your protective mechanisms, uncovering archetypal patterns in your life and relationships.  

Lunch: 
- Savor a gourmet meal that emphasizes sustainability and health, offering time to recharge and reflect.

Afternoon: Deepening Understanding and Creative Expression 
- Participate in silent nature walks, develop your personalized meditative motions or enjoy a tea ceremony.   
- These activities provide clarity and help deepen self-awareness.

Optional Wellness Add-Ons:  
- Relax with Thai massages, hydrotherapy, or private counseling sessions at our Spa Tower to create space for emotional processing.

Ocean Therapy: 
- Engage in sunrise or sunset breathing sessions or meditative yoga exercises by the ocean pavilion, connecting with the soothing energy of water to symbolize emotional flow and breaking through barriers.

Dinner: 
- Enjoy a light, healing meal made with fresh, vibrant ingredients at the beach or in our tropical garden  to restore balance after a day of introspection.

Evening Reflection and Integration of your topic
- Conclude the day with candlelit meditation, sound healing, bun fire or story telling under the stars. 
 

This enhanced daily structure, centered around meditative yoga motion, weaves the theme of your choosen topic into every aspect of the retreat. By combining body-mind connection, creative exploration, and group dynamics, the retreat anchors lasting personal growth and fosters authentic connections.

- Group Booking Discount: 5% off per participant for groups of 4 or more - Returning Guests: 10% off on any retreat or master course

- Registration: A 30 % refundable deposit is required upon booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the retreat.
- Cancellations: Free cancellations up to 14 days before retreat
